On the first floor of the building lies a common room where people can have lunch, and where also special meetings and assessments can take place.
The academy maintains close contacts with cultural institutes, such as the European Ceramic Workcentre (EKWC) and national artists enterprises such as Artis 's Hertogenbosch.
